Sion Q and R not working

I was playing Sion and about 20 or so minutes into the game my Q and R abilities quit working out of the blue. I even tried clicking on the skills with the mouse and they still didn't register. The skills never worked for the rest of the match :/ I haven't played a round with him again yet, but will soon to see if the problem pops up again. Pretty lame to lose Q and R that far into a round and never get them back.
