Champ Mastery Tokens Not Working

As a preface I am a Rank 6 Warwick and already have 1 Rank 7 token for him.

A couple of days ago I was playing twisted treeline ranked and was playing Warwick in there. For the first game I got an S+ but no mastery 7 token. The next game after that I got an S but once again no mastery 7 token. I sent in a bug report with the in launcher report bug option but i haven't heard anything about that since then. Is there a reason i didn't get my tokens? Is there some way they can be given back to me because I would have Mastery Rank 7 on Warwick if this bug hadn't happen'd?

only summoners rift 5v5 can give mastery 7 tokens.

No where does it say that. I have looked all over inside the launcher and it doesn't say that anywhere.

That's weird that you have to go to a forum support page to find info about a feature of the game. I don't know why that can't explain that somewhere more visible.
