Champ Mastery Tokens Not Working

As a preface I am a Rank 6 Warwick and already have 1 Rank 7 token for him.

A couple of days ago I was playing twisted treeline ranked and was playing Warwick in there. For the first game I got an S+ but no mastery 7 token. The next game after that I got an S but once again no mastery 7 token. I sent in a bug report with the in launcher report bug option but i haven't heard anything about that since then. Is there a reason i didn't get my tokens? Is there some way they can be given back to me because I would have Mastery Rank 7 on Warwick if this bug hadn't happen'd?

only summoners rift 5v5 can give mastery 7 tokens.

No where does it say that. I have looked all over inside the launcher and it doesn't say that anywhere.

I agree that the restriction is counter-intuitive, illogical, and not explained well at all, but it's mentioned in the official support article.

You can only earn Mastery 6 and 7 tokens in Summoner's Rift normal and ranked games.

That's weird that you have to go to a forum support page to find info about a feature of the game. I don't know why that can't explain that somewhere more visible.

What's weird is how people don't know how they work when they on numerous occasions explained in perfect detail on how the mastery tokens and even the chests work. I feel like people just don't read any info given to them anymore.
