Won't load in..?

Has anyone else experienced the issue of not loading into games at all? My load bar goes to 94 or 96% usually and stops there. I wait, and then finally exit, then try to reconnect. By the time all this happens, my team usually remakes. I ended up losing LP, and getting leave busters/queue timers. It really cut me back on playing because of how frustrated I get by it. It only also happens mostly on this account. My back up account its usually a hit and miss. Any suggestions?
