Will they ever fix Mordekaiser's voice?

We can all agree that Mordekaiser has some of the best if not THE best voice acting in the whole game and yet suffers from a unique bug. After a few minutes his voice just stop and only start again either after re-connecting or after dying. Is Riot aware of this? Will they ever fix it? Is there a skin that doesn't have this issue?
