Xin Zhao Q Inhibitor Bug

Xin Zhao's Q cannot be proced on inhibitors, but the damage is applied, the stacks are reset, and you get about 0.2 bonus attack speed. This means that Xin Zhao can destroy inhibitors at more than twice the normal speed. I discovered this bug at the start of season 6, but now I have video proof, so I'm creating a new discussion.
