Unable to select fizz as a bot in custom game

When I Got for the first time, I wanted to try him on twisted tree line vs . During the match path finding seemed to be missing as he did not move for the entire match. Now when i try to select in the custom game menu that champion is no longer available/is not shown to me. Any help would be appreciated.
