Client Issues - Connection issues and Party IP boosts

I have had several issues with lag spikes and disconnects in game. My camera lock also turned on randomly in a game and I could not disable it until I logged out of LOL and then rejoined the game. I repaired the client twice and then did a full uninstall and reinstall and I am still suffering the same problems. I have run diagnostics on my computer and my internet and everything is fine on my end. I am hearing from other players that they are experiencing similar issues. Also, the party reward system for IP boosts are not always properly applying. I was in a couple groups where we received no IP after a match.

Is anyone else experiencing similar problems on here?
