Jhin ult glitch/bug?

Since I started playing Jhin I just couldn't stop playing him for a long time.

I have noticed that during Jhin's ult channel when an enemy uses flash or almost any dash, their character jump over the place. It looks similar to playing with high ms and only happends during his ult when your view is zoomed out.

It looks like when someone uses flash/dash it doesn't update fast enough?

I haven't considered it as a large issue but I've been having more trouble with aiming at enemies like lucian than enemie champions without dash skills.
