Raka ult healing enemy team

Played an aram with friend, only to find out that soraka(played by a friend) is bugged and was healing the enemy team. For example, during a teamfight the whole team "healed" after catching someone out of position, and raka ult showed 5 "strands"(idk how to describe it but the visual effect of her ult, 1 per person). I also can't seem to recreate this so maybe just a rare occurrence.

TLDR; Soraka is bugged at the moment where her ult heals enemy team
