False leaverbuster notification BUG

I had recently a low priority queue because the client failed to launch the game after selecting the champs and after completing the 5 matches I continued playing normally.

Guess what, after a couple of matches without disconnections or crashes a notification jumped saying I AFKed too many times or disconnected. SERIUSLY... GameMaster, please, check my historial. I have no disconnection or AFK time in those matches, 20 minutes to queue is unacceptable if I didn't do anything.
