First Win Bonus Timer Glitched?

I was playing some games and I noticed that the timer for me doesn't go into its count down til I play another match after I get my first when bonus.I tested in a bot game got my first win +191 ip (It says that first win is still available), 2nd game Aram- +75 ip (Timer starts).
