RIOT buffed Ghost Poro rune for ARAM, but... i still can't use it.

So they changed Ghost Poro rune for aram: "Ghost Poro: Cooldown 25 seconds (from 60 seconds)" When i was playing Vi, i decided to test Ghost Poro rune, but when game started it automatically changed for Eyeball Collection.
