Hextech crafting window not opening

Ever since the latest patch i am not able to open the hextech crafting window.

It keeps loading forever

after that even the shop stops loading: http://i.imgur.com/zQhIquC.png

Also i can't queue up for a match until i restart the client: http://i.imgur.com/O5nkTLi.png

Can someone please look into this please. Thanks
