Thresh Q on a E'ing Lucian is stupid

I don't know how to upload a replay as I can't find a replay folder in the Lol directory. I just played a game as Lucian against a decent Thresh. We won the game early and very well. The Thresh was launching Q's and I was E'ing very early and I was clearly a large range away, and when my animation ends it has me in his Q in my original place. Cmon Riot, this is unacceptable. We all know how far Lucian's E takes him, far enough to not be caught in a relatively small catch radius. I'm not able to show any proof but anyone thinking I'm lieing or thinks it's fine, go try it with a friend in a custom and you can see it's silly.

If this is just graphical, atleast change it, it's embarrassing. If you want Thresh Q to be OP in regards to reaction time, make it a bigger box.
