Mundo's cleavers are Invisable

Recently had a game where Mundo's cleavers would be invisible but animation would still happen my whole team was having the issue just by going off the animation alone we would still have no way to actually dodge the cleaver outside of pure luck. He would attack from jungle or bush we would take random damage but leave it alone because we didn't even know where we got attacked from so we never knew where we should go. I don't think it was a graphics problem but more of a server problem as my team was getting disconnected often at random causing use to lose any chance we could have had at winning. I have a full video that starts with what is already linked that will be added below but if the servers make it impossible to see Mundo's cleavers how can anyone go against him when you never have a clue where that are to begin with.
