Buzz Lightyear: "Errors, Errors Everywhere." - Buggy Client (Old and New Launcher Problems)

This happens in ranks and normals. Now on my own login screen. I've updated the new launcher yesterday and it still did this. Then this morning I uninstalled League and reinstalled the old launcher. Still having the same error message. I ended up getting leaver losses in rank which has happened 3 times. Can't seem to find the solution here. Even repairing the launcher client doesn't help at all? Any suggestions here?
