Blue Essence disapearing

I used a Vladimir champion shard yesterday (during the loot issues) and despite having used my 2880 BE, the champion still does not appears in my collection (I had an error message asking me to restart the client, which I did twcie without results). I already send a bug report but it might take a while. Am I the only one in this case ? And is there a way i can get the champion unlock/get my BE back ?
