I just played a ranked game against a Ashe with the heart seeker skin and after i saw what appeared to be some hearts flying at me but i couldn't really tell then it hit me (get it ) i was stunned (get it?) Yes Phreak I am mostly complaining about this bug to use the puns.
If you can't see it, perhaps the use of optical correction is required ;). But in all seriousness that sounds like a nasty bug and it's a shame that you couldn't get a pic of it. I haven't had any trouble with Ashe arrows recently so I can't make heads or tails of this. Hope it was just a one time thing.
It's likely the same issue as Mundo Axes, Braum Q's, etc. where a texture becomes corrupt in-game (usually due to lag or packetloss I beleive) and they become invisible.
