Missing a game from match history and promo

So I was playing ranked yesterday when they started the server maintenance or whatever it was. I won my game fair and square with no DCs or lag complaints on either side. The game was the second of my promo series but when I finished the game and tried to queue up again it wouldn't let me. I noticed the blinking diamond with a ! thing and clicked it and it said the launcher was disabled because of lag complaints.

Now the problem is that the game I won isn't in my match history or displayed in my promo record! So I need some help here. I sent in a support ticket but it will probably be a while before they message me back. Does anyone else have any experience with this kind of issue? What should I do in the mean time while I wait for them to get back to me, should I not play more ranked or should I just go ahead and try to beat my promo even with being shorted a win? I really want to beat this promo and get out of bronze before the season starts. It's been a nightmare trying, this is my 3rd time in the best of 5 for silver, I get 30lp for wins and only lose 5 when I lose but I can't get past my promo because people refuse to work as a team. My MMR is even high enough now that as bronze 1 I started getting golds in my Solo Queue games! Any help is much appreciated.
