Game Breaking Bug (kicks your team and enemy team)
I just had a game where a bug happend that caused the enemy team as well as my team to disconnect from the server. Some people were able to connect to the server faster than others which allowed for them to get a substantial lead. When the game ended my team lost and we lost LP due to a massive bug on riots end. When I contacted RIOT support about this issue they said that it was a rare issue so they would not award the LP back to my team, but they would give and XP boost to anyone who contacted them. They would not contact either team to try and fix the issue.

ParrySuperWe know it sucks and we want to do what we can to make it better but unfortunately we protect the ranked system from edits meaning we can't change it in situations like this GoogleismineWvuWell i guess it is actually impossible for me to climb today

ParrySuperWe do, although we mainly contact through email tickets or through live chat which is the main reason we need them to contact us that way GoogleismineWvuWell most people dont know to do this
It seems kinda scummy if i get an XP boost and my team gets nothing
ParrySuperWe're more than willing to help them, but they need to come forward and ask for the help and we're more than willing. It's not that we're trying to be unfair, but it's very concerning if we randomly drop an XP Boost into their account without telling them anything. More than likely they would think that a hacker got into their account and bought it GoogleismineWvuCould you email them?
ParrySuperWe can but there is no guarantee they'll read it. If they come to us for a conversation like the one we're having now, we can get them completely on the same page to figure out everything that happened. We also might be asking them similar details so we can figure out how to prevent it in the future
