Champions dont appear in champion select or ban fase

Ive entered champion select twice and both times champions didnt appear in the ban fase or when choosing your champion. This has caused me to have a 6 minute and 30 minute ban for something i didnt do.. pls fix...[slayer-jinx-unamused] Thankssss [sg-ahri-2]
