ranked bugging out

SO atm I was about to play a ranked to get into gold 5 but prob now is that I get the bug I have had over 20 times now and that is that my game suddently kind of crashes. it doesn't stop or anything no it's just me in the banning phase suddenlty doing nothing. Biggest problem of this is that I have lost some lp for this like a million times or even promo's.I am not the only one having this problem since my friends also bug out at this point sometimes. It's realy frustrating since I know that I have a realy good computer and a strong internet connection. Pls riot fix this because I have lost enough lp and placements because of this. I' outa here
