dodging in champ select

sometimes when i get into champ select, it makes me dodge a match in champ select because of the CLIENT SCREEN GOING BLACK. today i am tired of it and i decided to post on the forums because i now have 1 loss in my promos and this has happened to me SO many times making me lose the promos and climbing back up again. riot can u take off that loss because of dodging? i didnt even dodge, the client screen got black in champ select and i didnt select a champ and now im a loss in my promos because of YOUR CLIENT. take the loss away plz, i had 1 win and 0 losses int hem. ty yogurt,
