When any champion dashes towards (and maybe away as well, I haven't tested) Vayne, and Condemn is used, the champion is stopped mid movement, and stunned for the duration of Condemn as if they hit a wall.
This seems to happen when there are walls in relative proximity to the dashing Champion.
This has been observed in multiple games with different champions.
