Multiple Glitches in Hex tech Loot bonus system

I've noticed, since the availability of the hex tech loot chests, many glitches within the league client. For one, I am unable to open the crafting section in the home page at all since opening my free chest. Also I have been unable to receive any of the after game loot due to "behavioral restrictions", despite having no bans currently placed on my account or for some several months. I find this to be troubling due to the fact I'm unable to gain or participate in gaining any bonus loot at this point.

I'd love to know what the problem is :)
