LVL 8000+ bug?

That number is 867, not 8000+.
Still don't know why though.
Ive been dcing from games a ton recently, the problem is, i cant recconect, and it says im lvl 1 and my teammates have dissepeared from the game, the odd part is, im still conencted to the wifi, i'm not sure what the problem is, riot porcelain says it's due to not connecting to the server cause i use wifi, but i've found no way to fix it.
