Ashe Q with runaans
Just did a game with her and I noticed her Q not working with runaans anymore like before. Is this intended or some bug?

you're not alone, last 3 games I have tried to play with her, starting on the 17th in an Aram match, didn't work. yesterday didn't work and just now, It's like her Q is nerfed to hell. Pops up randomly. Which makes Ashe useless as an ADC, matter a fact it makes her useless as a champion all together. Tho it looks like this isn't a first time thing.
