[GAMEPLAY] Garen Judgement-Back Bug

This is a bug in the Live Servers where Garen's E ability, Judgement, will continue for a short time if the player begins to Back while performing the ability.

This bug is repeatable 100% of the time and is easily produced by using Judgement and then Backing while Judgement is still active. When doing this, the player's backing countdown will begin; however, Judgement's animation will continue through the backing animation and then will stop a few seconds later. When this happens, any enemy who walks within the range of Judgement will take the respective damage of using Judgement normally, even though Garen is still in the process of Backing.
