Being Queued with someone you've reported

I was pretty sure that they made matchmaking not queue players with players they have reported in previous games. We had a game where our Karma played oddly and terribly. Rarely used her skills ulted twice during the game, just ran around during fights and died, never talked, just acted all around robotically. So I reported her along with at least on other player, and the next queue I am in, the player is right there at the top of the champ select. So I dodged. I'd rather not be forced into a game where I know a player is going to ruin my whole game. Now I have a 15 minute wait to go back to Queue, all because matchmaking screwed up. So not sure if a bug or not, but putting it here, as it is kinda of destructive to the gameplay. I wouldn't want a feeder whos team reports him to end up right back with them in the next Queue.

Just repeating the other posts really, but yeah, you can be queued up with people you have blocked, reported, or muted in-game. The reason is because players in high elo could abuse this system to avoid playing with specific people.

The best way to deal with this is to wait a few minutes before you requeue after a toxic game. This will greatly lessen your chances of being in another match with them.

Reporting a person doesn't guarantee they wont ever be qued with you again.

Sadly, you can be queued up with players that you have blocked or reported. ;c

I guess it would be pretty heavily abusable in higher leagues like Diamond I, Master- and Challenger Tier so that's why they don't introduce such features.
