Potential Twitch and Thresh bug?

I went ahead and linked a clip to the potential bug. Happened right as I went invisible on Thresh's lantern. Not sure if it had something to do with Thresh flash. It looks like lag but it's not. Or maybe it's intended because Thresh's lantern is a black hole???
