Error 500 PBE

hello my name is sly and recently a lot of people can't sign up for the PBE and i also cant is there any reason for this i have tried everything i know to do it just says error 500 please help me it hasnt been working for the last 3-4 months and i have been playing for about a year now a was just wondering if you have sent an apply forum does it not let you see the website?Please help rito games[i have tried usoing cyber ghost clearing all history and everything going to the na website but still nothing works.
