draft and rank not loading.

I was in a draft game like around 3-4 in the afternoon, and it froze the countdown stop at 0, but we where all still able to chat, i logged out and logged back in and now draft, and rank doesn't load. I't just Kicks me back to the home screen, and i cant join anyone either, i logged in into my other account and everything is working fine, but not my main account. Please help me out riot.
