Singed Fling needs to be fixed

I main singed and two games last night and again tonight when I toss someone, they just pop up in the air rather than get thrown backwards. It really is broken and needs to be fixed. Lost two ranked games last night due to this... luck that we won tonight. I usually main singed and this is horrible. Instead of throwing them into team or away from you over your shoulder so you can get away, he just pops them up in the air, they land on you then kill you. Please disable him till it is fixed... it is game changing when they don't work right...
