Black Screen pops up after loading

Hello, I'd wish I could get some help on a Black Screen issue, which has given me quite an annoyance lately.

This only happened recently, where I would load in but have a black screen. I've taken note of some things: I am able to hear what's going on in the game. I'm able to chat. (Again, Not Knowing what I type) This glitch also makes my taskbar disappear. I have to Force Shutdown and relaunch. I cannot Alt+Tab, Press Windows, or any sort of those lines to exit out of the screen.

If someone could help me, It would do me a great favor. I've recently gained another 20 Minute Leaverbuster because of this.
