[GAMEPLAY] Vayne W Mana Cost Visual

When you have mana costs enabled in the UI settings. Vayne's W shows a scaling mana cost of 55/60/65/70/75 at skill levels 1/2/3/4/5.

1. Start a game as Vayne.
2. Enable mana costs on use interface option.

While it is only visual, it is kind of distracting when you look at your skills for mana costs.
