[GAMEPLAY] Yuumi's nimbus cloak rune delayed while attached to ally

If you cast your ultimate while attached to an ally, the nimbus cloak rune won't trigger until you detach. This can be delayed for ANY length of time. Doesn't matter if you detach while channeling the ult or 5 minutes later. Useful if you need to ditch your allies after a teamfight gone south, but doesn't seem like an intended mechanic.

Tested in practice tool, seems to happen every time.
