No reconnect button

I disconnected from a ranked game, but when I relogged, there was no reconnect button. I searched up opgg and the game was still going since it was only 15min~ in the game. Then I fooled around and tried queuing up to an aram, and it I actually got into an aram lobby, to which the players told me to send a ticket to riot. Why wasn't there a reconnect button? Why could I queue up for another game while inside a game?

It seems like that game ceased to exist since some of the other players from that same ranked game is now in another ranked game. Guess there will be no 9x reporting today (´･ω･`)
