Champion select Bug

The other day i made it to my promotion series. After joining champ select one of my teammates ban countdown made it to zero and as usual when this happens the client froze for 1-2 minutes before booting entire team. Because it was not me that had unintentionally been booted from select i expected to be placed back in queue. to my surprise my being kicked from select because of my teammates countdown timer was treated as me leaving the lobby by my own free will. I was given a loss in my promotion series as well as a 30 minute time penalty. I also want to point out that the three previous selection boots were due to the game not allowing me to select a ban or playable champion and my countdown reaching zero. i can live with small bugs, but when i am in a promo series and i am given a loss because SOMEONE ELSE reaches zero on their countdown i feel obligated to reach out. i would appreciate a solution to this very big issue.
