Frost Queen's Claim (Bug)

I keep seeing Frost Queen's Claim active not working properly, there are two ghosts that should be chasing different targets, instead I often see them chase the same target (despite another target being nearby as well.) At first I thought this was due to the second target being in the same direction as the first target, and the 2nd ghost expired as the first one found its target, but I have also seen that even in different directions this sometimes happens. Again, this isn't always the case, I'm just seeing a small percentage where this incident happens, nothing too extreme to worry about, just something to check out in your spare time.
