Jhin's root marker

The bug hasnt been showing up often but it does come up every now and then. But bug the Im haveing is that sometimes with Jhin's root marker showing up on an enemy that I died recently to, and it stays on the enemy the rest for of the game. In the fight right before I died I hit my enemy, so when I respawn and try to root the enemy he/she doesnt get rooted because no one on my team has hit him/her. Also sorry I dont have a picture or video to show more evidence on the bug.
