i am fuming

soo i was about to get into a ranked game & i got this problem where the game wouldn't load in cause my league of legends application was black & wasn't loading. i ended coming into my game late after bloody reseting my potato i load in & everyone were level 3-4 i ended up doing terrible 5/12 & i was a single win from promos (i was at 98 lp) i want a bloody refund >:(
