Couldn't select champion in ranked due to a bug

Hey guys!

I was in a ranked que, when I clicked on the select ward skin button and as the loading logo came up, my net crashed and when I reconnected the logo still remained which resulted in me not being able to pick a champion, it counted as a dodge and I lost 3 points.

My questions: Will these 3 points be amended? And what to do in a situatuion such as this, because I was not able to do anything.

I've had one of these problems (it was kinda different but resulted in the same dodge) before. I contacted rito support and in the end all I got was a "deal with it and play more ranked" type of response. I don't think you can really do anything at this point.
