Just lost a game due to no longer being able to pop my 'W' with my 'Q' after being stunned while charging.
I was playing a team builder match. After reading through a bunch of the other posts it seems like it's a pretty big glitch.
Has there been a red post about this?
We've got a fix for a bug that affects Varus, Vi, Sion and Vel'koz, where their channeled spells can sometimes get permanently locked out, coming in the next patch.
Fingers crossed there's only one cause of that problem. It's possible there are additional bugs however so if you see this again after patch 4.21 goes out please do let us know.

I've had this problem is several matches with Varus and the last time it happened someone told me to unbind and bind Q, and it fixed it, saving the match.
I mainly play Varus when I ADC. And yeah, I've noticed this as well. For me personally it's kind of a mixed bag. Most of the time it happens and I miss out on popping the blight stacks. But sometimes it's worked after the stun wears off. But that sucks man, hopefully it gets fixed soon.

I've had this happen a few times as Vi during late game phases. I managed to fix it by self casting/smart casting quickly. Can't remember which one it was, pretty sure it was self cast but Vi literally dashed a mm forward and her Q went back on CD, hope this helps with other champs
2 months and this still isnt fixed? just had this happen in game at about the 10 minute mark and couldnt cast it the rest of the game. if i had been in ranked id be 10x more pissed. Ive also had it happen with Vi's Q and i WAS in ranked for that. its getting pretty old.
