[Big Bug] Skarner's ultimate failure

Hello Riot, [BUGS + Skarner = Bigger Bugs!]

When Skarner ults, if garen uses Judgement, he will continue to spin (do high dmg) while skarner cant even auto attack garen, mid ultimate.

Also since skarner's ultimate comes from his tail, why not give more ability range behind him.

Also notice that Flora can completely parry skarner's ultimate. I don't understand how she can avoid this ultimate completely. [How about make it so that if she does Riposte an ultimate like skarner's she is still CC'ed but blocks the damage. Whats even weirder is that since this ultimate is a stun/immobilization ultimate - Skarner was not stunned, it just canceled the ultimate. (Fiora may have been given too much power)

-I recommend to all players to test fiora's Riposte out on all other champion ultimates. I wonder how many of them she can somehow block.

1.) Garen's Judgment ability is not a channeled ability, so it cannot be stopped early, no matter what kind of CC he is affected with. Even if you suppress him, Judgment will continue to be active. Only Garen is able to stop it early. This is working as intended.

2.) Fiora can parry pretty much ANYTHING. During those 0.75 seconds, she will parry all damage and all disables, this includes ultimates like Skarner's, Urgot's. Malzahar's, or Warwick's. So her not being CC'd by Skarner because she parried it is working as intended.

Now, if Skarner is not stunned after Fiora parried his suppression, then that is a bug because suppression is considered an immobilizing effect. The only thing I can think of is maybe Fiora hit another enemy champion first before Skarner and stunned them instead, because the stun will only affect the first champion hit.
