Purchase Bug

I'm bring my complaint here since Riot decided that I must've been lying in an attempt to get a refund that i don't deserve.

Around 11pm on May 23rd, i noticed i lost a considerable amount of RP, and decided to check my purchase history since i haven't purchased squat recently. I saw that in my history i somehow purchased the Taliyah bundle, which is ridiculous since i never did it. The worst part is that the purchase date was on the 24th, aka in the DAMN FUTURE. I put in a ticket to get a refund since there was no way i could have made such a purchase, and Riot has chosen to deny me my rightful refund when the damn game glitched and decided to forcibly take my RP on a purchase i NEVER in my life wouldve made. League community, what else can i do? even worse was i was going to buy the dragon trainer tristana skin when it was on sale but because of this i didnt have enough RP to buy it. If possible, i also want the right to buy that skin at the discount it was at since a damn bug prevented me from having the RP needed for it.
