My RP just vanished

So, I'm not really sure what happened to my RP, basically, I went to buy my boyfriend the new Ekko TRUE DAMAGE skin. He's been suspended though, and it ends the 15th of this month. So it gives me there has been an unexpected error, and takes my RP but never says it sent, then I try again clicking send and it says error, not enough RP.
