I have noticed this for a couple of months. Sometimes Sion's Q and R are disabled. I found that If I change to quick cast the abilities are restored however it is annoying when I try to ult a fleeing enemy but suddenly I can't press R. This happens about 1 in 6 times I play Sion. Does anyone else have this issue?
As a near Sion main I have never experienced this
I've had this bug happen to me twice before. Doesn't seem to have any sort of pattern it just randomly happens halfway through a game.
this is a longstand bug that keeps reappearing that happens to channelled skills (vi/varus/xerath Q, etc). if you die while channelling, the skill can't be cast. it's seemingly totally random and has been happening on and off for at least a year
