GRAPHICS TOO SMALL, MOUSE SMALL, MINIMAP ITEMS SMALL, CHAT TEXT SMALL, PLZ HELP

I have an HP Envy 13 laptop running on a NVIDIA graphics card and an i7 core.---- Update: This is actually a problem with every 13in' laptop I have tried with the Dell XPS as well and still same problem.---- Every time I start a game the mouse is incredibly small in game, the map items are shrunk to where I can barley see them, and the in game text is super small where it takes me a minute to read. This is ruining the whole game and making it unplayable! Please if anyone knows how to fix this comment down below any help is accepted!
