This is so unfair i am angry pls read!!!

i try to play a ranked game my account is on eune and my name is DarkNetFTW silver 3-43 points ... anyway I try to play a ranked game and a bugsplay appears to my screen I try to reconnect so many times and when I try to restart the client the game told me to do a repair and when I did the repair I lose IP points ... I was 60 and 43 for no reason and its important for me so pls I want that to be fixed ... THANKS!!
