The client isn't working as it should

Hi I had this issue in the LAN server but the threads in LAN are dead, the lan-rioters don't pay attention to the forums and don't listen to what the community says so I want to report this here so the good rioters can do something about. After the update we had today, I entered to a match but the window of the game didn't open and i couldn't open it by myself. Something similar happened to me before in the last patch, at the end of the match the window game didn't close and sometimes the only option to close it was restarting the pc, because that frozes the entire screen. Here's a screenshot of what it looks like. I wish you can fix this client issues instead of making more skins, please.
